Hangar Internal Construction Ongoing: Part 4

Electrical power was completed this month.  Special thanks to   Leroy Vann for his special efforts.  Leroy is a master electrician.

Preston Sewell takes a breather from "mudding"
the sheetrock seams and holes.  Lighting has
been added throughout the hangar and the
ceilings have all been covered.

Lt Col Will Hargrove stands at the entrance
to the communications room. The "commo"
room is dedicated to housing the unit's
radio equipment and will no doubt be one of
the focal points of future, Gwinnett-hosted,
search and rescue exercises (SAREX)

The cavernous airplane hangar dwarfs the
four members who are barely visible near the
center of the wall.  On the other side of
the wall are the meeting spaces and classrooms.

The gaping hangar-end still needs a door.

Full external view of the hangar-end.  Hopefully a hangar-door manufacturer will
donate a door someday soon.
